This tutorial gives an introduction to the application of clustering techniques (such as Hierarchical Cluster Analysis) and multivariate statistics (such as Principal Component Gradient Analysis) to tree-ring data in ‘R’. The aim is to provide you with ‘R’-code and experience to run and correctly interpret the analyses.
